AEGON, a leading multinational company in the insurance sector, chose LÓPEZ LANDA for the complete refurbishment of its regional office in the north of Spain. The office, located in a historic building in the centre of Bilbao, has meant the multinational’s commitment to a renewed physical presence and a new Corporate Image for the management of its services in the north of Spain.
In perfect coordination with the architectural firm from Madrid, the LÓPEZ LANDA Bilbao team executed the integral work of the office, coordinating the gradual transition of the professionals so as not to cease the operations of the client company. The understanding with the Regional Director, the main national manager of Aegon in its implementations, and the Project Management was maximum and led to a truly spectacular work.
The complete refurbishment involved demolishing the entire existing building and adapting the spaces to the new needs. An open area for staff and commercial staff, multifunctional meeting rooms equipped with translucent partitions, sliding doors, ceilings, pits, LED light beams in corporate colours, and of course offices and all the necessary workstation installations were built.
The toilets, complete electrical installation, floors and technical ceilings were completely renovated and the result was a very visual office, with a clear image and great brand personality.
This type of work is characterised by its great technical complexity, and it is essential to master the Sector, given that a Hospital never closes, and requires a treatment in the execution of the work of absolute rigour and lack of presence and discomfort for professionals and patients.
