The multinational consulting firm EVERIS, part of the NTT DATA Group (sixth largest IT services company in the world), entrusted LÓPEZ LANDA with the execution of the works for the implementation of its new offices in the prestigious Iberdrola Tower in Bilbao.
Both the building, considered as the main business centre in the North of Spain, and the client’s needs, have been a great challenge for the LÓPEZ LANDA BILBAO team when it came to building these new offices, which we have provided with maximum comfort and technology.
After getting to know the peculiarities of the building, and reaching a consensus with EVERIS on the needs and distribution of the necessary work spaces, all the adaptation and implementation works for these new offices were carried out.
The challenge of providing the area with large staff work areas, with multifunctional workstations, as well as offices and meeting rooms with partitions that guarantee maximum comfort in terms of soundproofing and practicality for team meetings, was successfully met.
In addition, following the client’s indications, a relaxation or leisure area and a dining-office area were implemented to guarantee the absolute functionality of this large workspace in the day-to-day work of its users.
The adaptation of Everis’ image and way of working to these new offices has meant executing an absolutely functional office project, with large spaces full of light and visual continuity.
