The emergence of new means of communication has led to changes in the traditional models of customer relations in the banking sector. Within these new relationship models is the new Caja Rural de Navarra bank branch built by López Landa in C/ Puente de Deusto, 6, Bilbao.
The premises are located in a building on consolidated urban land, with administrative use and direct access from the street.
The intervention, carried out by López Landa, consisted of a complete refurbishment of the premises to create a new, transparent, modern bank branch equipped with the latest technological innovations to facilitate and promote new relations between the bank and its customers. All of this, while retaining its foundational essence.
To this end, every last detail of the finishes has been taken care of and the choice has been made to maintain high ceilings, the use of glass, open spaces and decoration with photo panels.
