The multinational ACCIONA has set up new luxury offices in the centre of Bilbao for its subsidiary BESTINVER, which will be used for meetings of the highest level and maximum discretion.
The concerns of ACCIONA’s excellent Corporate Buildings team have been to provide the offices with a high level of finish within a tight reaction time.
On this occasion, the client’s requirements were different to the current project typology, as they required the implementation of offices for small, highly specialised teams that serve clients seeking maximum comfort, discretion and high technology in communication systems, creating comfortable and convenient spaces with a more domestic atmosphere for long-term meetings.

After getting to know the peculiarities of the building and defining the requirements in terms of materials, lighting and qualities needed with the Acciona team, López Landa Espacios Corporativos has executed all the adaptation and implementation works of these new offices for ACCIONA’s subsidiary, BESTINVER.
The different meeting rooms and staff work areas had to be equipped with high quality communication equipment and videoconferencing screens.
The adaptation of BESTINVER’s image and way of working to these new offices has meant executing an absolutely premium office project, with large spaces full of light and maximum comfort in each room.
The Lopez Landa team has carried out all the work in accordance with the image and branding characteristics established by ACCIONA’s Corporate Building team for BESTINVER.
Lopez Landa’s technical team faced two clear challenges in the execution of this project:
– Firstly, to meet the tight implementation deadline required by Bestinver, which meant absolute teamwork and maximum communication between Acciona’s Corporate Buildings Department and the López Landa Espacios Corporativos technical team.
– The second challenge was to satisfactorily deal with first class finishes, as the purpose of this type of Luxury office is to make the client and user feel at home.
Finally, it only remains for us to thank the SSGG and Corporate Buildings Team for trusting our team to carry out these new offices, as well as for the clarity, both in the information provided by ACCIONA’s technical team, and in the definition of the requirements necessary for the successful completion of this project.
