B the Travel Brand is the latest commercial name for the agencies of the large operator Barceló Viajes. They accompany their name with a marvellous image in their different physical agencies at street level.
This time, the great commitment of the architect Carlos Gray and the client himself has been to prioritise the elegance and warmth of wood with fusions of black backgrounds, and to provide the space with incredible audiovisual communication screens, as the maximum exponents of a model retail travel agency perfectly oriented towards the public and the city.

The premises have been used in a masterly manner, achieving a management office, a client meeting room, individualised customer service desks, and elegant, contemporary finishes.
The use of light has been perfectly exploited in two versions:
1) Natural light, taking advantage of the 3 glazed façade spaces and internally closing the office and room with another glass skin that allows the perfect access of light.
2) Light and images projected by the different totems and panels that serve as a communicating element, projecting the space and the agency towards the city.
López Landa has intervened in the management and integral execution of the work, demolishing and zeroing the previous space, demolishing the dividing wall with the adjoining premises and incorporating it into the new definitive space, so that the new agency has a space very open to the street with 3 windows to the façade, and a very usable internal layout with no losses.
The materials chosen and the very high quality finishes achieved in the delivery of the work make us feel very satisfied and with the feeling of having participated in a high quality project at all levels.
A good project by Carlos Gray, a client who projects with intensity from his own premises, and an involved and efficient site management team. It has been a real pleasure to work for B the travel Brand and we wish them every success in their new agencies.
