LÓPEZ LANDA has been commissioned to carry out the refurbishment works of the entire Dental area of the clinic that QMS has in the centre of Barcelona.
The group belonging to the health sector relied from the beginning on the experience that López Landa has in the execution of works in clinics, hospitals and in this particular case in the area destined to Dental clinic. These are works that require maximum service in terms of phase definition criteria, attention to differential areas due to the sensitive treatment of patients and total efficiency in terms of deadlines.
The integration and understanding with the Architecture team that designed the clinic for QMS was total, and the definitions of great technical complexity in terms of finishes were the challenge to be met by the team, who achieved a very satisfactory result.
The reception areas, the areas for technical/operational facilities such as the sterilisation room and mould room, dental treatment boxes with patients and internal offices were built.
An avant-garde image in clinic, with treatment and mixture of different noble materials such as glass, stone, steel… give as a result a functional and at the same time terribly attractive clinic.
Screens were built into the floor, sliding doors in different materials, and a perfect execution of the installation and use of indirect light placed peripherally and hidden in pits, giving rise to a differential project that gives an image of great personality to this work for QMS.
