In this example, KUTXABANK entrusted our group with the execution of one of its regional head branches in Vizcaya.
At LÓPEZ LANDA, one of our specialities is the execution of works for the implementation of head offices and branches for Financial Institutions throughout the country. The specialities of this sector require perfect planning in line with the expansion and adaptation of the client’s image, and communication with their technical, expansion and purchasing departments is total.
It is also common to face works in progress with the office partially operational and partly open to the public of our client, so the planning of the work, its phases, and the enclosures and transits enabled on site with total absence of debris, are the conditions to be faced in the day to day of the work.
This specific example, tackled by LÓPEZ LANDA Bilbao o norte, involved a comprehensive project to adapt the space to the Bank’s new and powerful corporate image. A work on two different floors; ground floor with an area open to the public and with all the requirements for this purpose, and first floor for offices, archives, operational areas, toilets, and multifunctional meeting rooms, communicated and panelable. In other words, a complete project adapting the space to an infinite number of uses within its business and banking activity.
Both floors were connected by a central stone and steel staircase, and the use of partitions, sound barriers, a multitude of workstation installations, and panelled rooms, gave rise to a modern office, with great visual power and adapted to a multitude of tasks and functions.
