Aegon, Premium Offices

The service carried out by López Landa consisted of the execution of the necessary works for the construction and implementation of a new type of Aegón Seguros office, called Oficina Premium, located in Madrid’s emblematic Velázquez street.

The work carried out, included in the technical project drawn up by the renowned architectural firm Medina Varela MVN Arquitectos, involved the complete refurbishment of the premises.

This meant carrying out the complete demolition of the existing building and adapting the spaces to the new needs. The following were built: an open area for staff and commercial staff, circular meeting rooms with curved glass partitions, including sliding doors, acoustic vertical slatted ceilings, pits, LED light beams in corporate colours, and of course offices and all the necessary workstation installations.

The toilets, complete electrical installation, technical floors and ceilings were completely renovated and the result was a very visual office, with a clear image and great brand personality.

In short, a work execution that entails an avant-garde image treatment and maximum comfort, as it could not be otherwise in this Premium office that we have built for AEGON.
