Once again, the multinational consulting firm Everis, part of the NTT DATA Group (Top 10 among the world’s IT services companies), entrusted López Landa Espacios Corporativos with the execution of the implementation works of its new offices in San Cugat, Barcelona.
This time, the client’s needs were different since the implementation of the offices is intended for a large team of people who provide service from the Back, or in remote production, to various technology consulting projects for their clients.

From this operational and technological centre, they assist their own internal clients and projects in the production phase.
After getting to know the peculiarities of the building, and reaching a consensus with Everis on the needs and distribution of the necessary work spaces, all the adaptation and implementation works for these new offices were carried out.
The surface area had to be provided with large staff work areas, with multifunctional workstations, and meeting rooms to organise tasks by teams and projects.
The adaptation of Everis’ image and way of working to these new offices meant executing an absolutely functional office project, with large spaces full of light and visual continuity.
As always, the work was carried out in accordance with the particular image and branding characteristics defined by Everis.
The real challenges of this corporate project were twofold:
The first was to meet the tight implementation deadline required by Everis, which meant absolute teamwork and maximum communication between the Facilities Department of Everis Catalunya and the technical work team of López Landa Espacios Corporativos.
The second was to satisfactorily address the amount of cabling, voice and data and other requirements that IT requires for this type of office, which must offer great technological and communication response.
